1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing Songiwe Group. We are committed to providing high-quality and reliable company registration, accounting, and advisory services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding fees paid for our services. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this policy.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

All fees paid to Songiwe Group for our services are strictly non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the nature of our work, which involves the immediate allocation of resources, dedicated consultant time, and the initiation of processes with third-party government bodies such as the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) and the South African Revenue Service (SARS). These costs are incurred on your behalf from the moment your instruction is confirmed and are non-recoverable by us.

3. Scope of the No-Refund Policy

The no-refund policy applies universally, including but not limited to situations involving:
• Client-Initiated Cancellations: If you decide to cancel your instruction after payment has been made.
• Change of Mind: If you change your mind about proceeding with the service after placing your order.
• Incomplete or Incorrect Information: If the service is delayed, rejected, or complicated due to incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by the client.
• Eligibility Issues: If a client is found to be ineligible for a specific service or certificate for reasons that were not apparent at the time of engagement.
• Dissatisfaction with Third-Party Outcomes: The final decision, processing time, or outcome of an application by CIPC, SARS, or any other regulatory body is beyond our control. We cannot guarantee a specific outcome and cannot provide refunds based on these results.

4. Service Failure & Our Commitment

While refunds are not provided, we are deeply committed to your satisfaction. In the unlikely event that we fail to initiate a service you have paid for due to an error on our part, our primary obligation is to complete the service for you at no additional charge, expediting it where possible.

5. Alternative to Refund: Service Credit

We value your business and want to ensure a positive relationship. If you are dissatisfied with a service and a refund is requested, our solution is to offer a full-Service Credit.

This means the total amount paid for the service in question will be credited to your account with Songiwe Group. This credit can be applied towards any other service we offer of equal or greater value. If the new service is of a higher value, you will only be responsible for paying the difference.

Example: If you paid R1,500 for a Company Registration but decided not to proceed, that R1,500 can be used to obtain a BEE Certificate, Tax Clearance, or Bookkeeping services instead.

6. How to Request a Service Credit

7. Policy Acknowledgment

By proceeding with payment for any of our services, you explicitly agree to waive any right to a refund and accept the terms of this policy, including the provision for a service credit as the sole remedy for cancellation or dissatisfaction.
